Our Team

Joe Carroll is a Tony Award–winning producer, acclaimed actor, and writer whose career spans Broadway, film, and television. As a producer, his credits include SUFFS (Broadway and First National Tour) and The Woodsman. On Broadway, he has performed in Eureka Day, Frozen, Bandstand, Cinderella, Romeo and Juliet, and Once, and regionally in the world premiere of Moulin Rouge! at Boston’s Colonial Theatre. His screen work includes Mindy Kaling’s Late Night (Sundance 2019), Bandstand: Live on Broadway, and Romeo and Juliet, with television credits ranging from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel for Amazon Prime and Five Days at Memorial for Apple TV+ to Law & Order and Chicago Fire. Joe trained at RADA and holds a BFA from the University of Michigan. 

He brings to Ovation Partners the same mastery of story and performance that has defined his stage and screen career, helping leaders craft narratives that captivate and persuade.

Geoff Packard is an award-winning Broadway and regional theater actor and director, and currently serves as Associate Professor of Acting and Directing at the University of Michigan. His Broadway credits include Bandstand, Matilda, Rock of Ages, and The Phantom of the Opera, as well as the recent Huey Lewis Musical: The Heart of Rock and Roll, where he served as Associate Director. He has been seen on tour in Wicked and regionally at The Old Globe, Papermill Playhouse, Goodman Theatre, Arena Stage, Shakespeare Theatre (D.C.), Ford’s Theatre, Lookingglass Theatre, Signature Theatre (D.C.), Huntington Theatre, Court Theatre, Bucks County Playhouse, KC Rep, and Goodspeed Opera House. His work has been recognized with the Joseph Jefferson Award (Chicago), Helen Hayes Award (D.C.), and IRNE Award (Boston). With training from the University of Cincinnati (BFA, Musical Theatre) and SUNY Stony Brook (MFA). 

At Ovation Partners, he combines his decades of experience in performance and pedagogy to coach executives, founders, and organizations to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact.
